School uniform
Strictly enforced from August 2007 onwards
Before moving to the new school in 2009, we intend to change our dress code. This has been discussed with House Reps and some classes as well as the School Board. It is our intention to move to a “shirt and tie” dress code for all pupils from August 2007. The school colours will remain unchanged. The only expense for parents will be the purchase of white or black shirts / blouses, which can be obtained very cheaply from a number of retail outlets, and school ties.
All of our current pupils and the new intake will be given their first tie by the school. Black sweatshirts or V necks can still be worn over the shirt and tie. Any one who has seen our pupils at the Awards Ceremony or at public events will know how smart the shirt and tie look can be. A new school deserves a new “look”!
