Debates consist of fun events (eg Balloon debates, Room 101), formal team debates using the MACE format or Model United Nations (M.U.N.) where pupils represent nations of the world and discuss topical issues. Recent topics: Offshore drilling (M.U.N.); Should soldiers be allowed to opt out of military service for personal reasons and Room 101. |
